Incredible help at check-in but breakfast was overpriced and cold.

The hotel had a great homey feel, and it was conveniently located near various businesses and restaurants. The entire property was impressively clean, and the breakfast was quite good, which was a highlight of my stay. One downside was that my room faced the busy road, leading to some noise during the night, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Had a fantastic two-night visit! The early check-in for my brother was a lifesaver, allowing us to attend a special family event. The staff, especially Mignon, were incredibly helpful. Try the Garden Grille for dinner. the food is delicious! Don’t forget your breakfast vouchers.

The fire pits added a cozy ambiance to the outdoor area, making it a nice spot to relax. Breakfast offerings were delicious, especially the sliced tropical fruits. While the room was clean and spacious, dealing with multiple charges on my card post-stay was frustrating. Check-in could improve, as I wasn't notified when my room was ready, despite assurances. Overall, the pleasant staff and the comfortable beds were highlights.

I had an awesome time noshing on some classic Southern meals nearby, especially at Southern Harvest Soul Food—totally hit the spot. Plus, the Lime & Lemon restaurant's breakfast gets major kudos for being well-prepared and bursting with flavor!

The cafe needs a serious reboot. my grilled cheese was more like a sad sandwich that never saw the grill. Total bummer for $12 when I was promised melty goodness!

The 24-hour business center was incredibly useful for printing documents and conducting brief meetings outside of my room. Staff members exhibited professionalism and were helpful throughout my stay, ensuring all my needs were met without delay.
